August at PIEfection: Celebrating 14 Sweet Years with the Best Pie in Arizona!

Can you believe it's already August? Summer is beginning to wind down, the kids are heading back to school, and before we know it, we'll all be dreaming about crisp mornings, changing leaves, and pumpkin pie season.

This August is extra special for us because PIEfection is celebrating our 14th Birthday! Fourteen years ago, we opened our doors with one simple goal: to make incredible, homemade gourmet pies that bring families and friends together around the table. Looking back, we're overwhelmed with gratitude for every customer who has made us a part of birthdays, holidays, family dinners, celebrations, and everyday moments.

If you've ever searched for the Best Pie in Arizona or the Best Pie in Mesa, thank you for letting PIEfection be part of that conversation. Your support, kind words, and recommendations have helped us grow from one pie shop into multiple locations serving pie lovers throughout the Valley. We truly couldn't have done it without you, and we hope to be baking your favorite pies for many more years to come.

Every August we feature our favorite birthday pie, and this year we decided to give it a delicious new twist!

Raspberry Boston Cream Pie

Our August Pie of the Month starts with two layers of moist butter cake surrounding silky vanilla pastry cream and a layer of sweet raspberry filling, all topped with rich chocolate ganache. It's everything you love about Boston Cream Pie with a fresh raspberry surprise. If you haven't tried it yet, August is the perfect time!

While we're soaking up every last bit of summer, we're also getting excited for one of our favorite seasons at PIEfection.

Fall means warm spices, comforting flavors, holiday gatherings, and the return of many of our beloved seasonal pies. We know so many of you count down the days until your fall favorites make their return, and honestly... so do we!

And yes... we're also anxiously waiting for one of the biggest highlights of late summer—our Fresh Utah Peaches! As soon as they're perfectly ripe, we'll be baking all of your peach favorites. Trust us—you won't want to miss them.
